At BBSucculents, your satisfaction is our priority! Should you have any questions or concerns about your order within 14 days of purchase, please reach out. We’re here to assist you with your plant care needs.

Plant Concerns

Encounter any issues with a plant after receiving your order? Contact us within 48 hours with a photo and a brief explanation at info@bbsucculents.ca. We’ll promptly review and address your inquiry, including options for a refund or replacement.

Damaged Planters

If your planter arrives damaged or broken, send us photos of the damaged items, including packaging material, within 48 hours. This helps us file a claim with the shipping company. Hold onto the packaging until the claim is resolved, and once settled, we’ll issue a refund.

Product Descriptions

While we strive for accuracy in our product images and descriptions, slight variations can occur between received items and those on our website.

Plant Care

Before shipping, our houseplants undergo thorough inspection to ensure prime condition. Leaf loss during transit is normal, and plants will regrow leaves. We appreciate your understanding regarding third-party shipping methods.

Winter Protection

Orders placed between November and February benefit from adding winter protection (heat pack & insulated package) to prevent freezing damage. We can only cover damages if winter protection was purchased.

Cancellations

Cancel your order before shipping? A 5% transaction fee will be deducted from the refunded amount, or we can provide a full store credit upon request.

Sale Items

Items purchased with a discount greater than 30% are final sale. This includes markdown items and promotional code usage. No returns or refunds are accepted for final sale items.

Price Adjustments

BBsucculents does not offer price adjustments due to our limited inventory and “first come, first serve” policy.

Shipping

We aim to closely match your plant to the one featured on our website. However, some plants may remain packaged longer due to third-party shipping and COVID-19 precautions. Please allow your plants time to acclimate to their new environment upon arrival.

Return Shipping

You’re responsible for return shipping costs for any plants and planters returned for a refund. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Digital Goods & Virtual Garden

All purchases related to the BBSucculents Virtual Garden — including but not limited to mystery seeds, virtual equipment, consumable boosts (Premium Soil, Top Dressing, Rooting Hormone), slot expansions, BB Coins, and any other digital items — are final and non-refundable. Digital goods are consumed upon activation and have no real-world monetary value. By purchasing any digital item, you acknowledge that it cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or transferred.
